Yes, we call it value and do everything for it.

It requires experience to achieve quality. For that reason, we continue improving the houses from our preceding projects.

Did it seem to you that the real estate market grew disproportionally quick in the past? Yes it did to us, too. The present slowdown could have been expected and it is paradox that this slowdown helps us to negotiate more favorable conditions with the suppliers of the Vilky Buštěhrad (Villas in Buštěhrad) project. This of course reflects in an advantageous price for you.

We have prepared a construction project of high-quality houses since 2006. At the same time, we have paid attention to the price availability of the houses. We improved our know-how from the ZLONČICE project that was completed successfully and handed over to the clients within the specified terms. We utilized the experience from this project and focused on the energetic optimization of our houses in cooperation with the Expert Center of the Building Faculty of ČVUT. Moreover, we prepared the construction of the Ořešín Park in the middle of our project with an area of two and a half hectares in cooperation with the Municipal Authority of Buštěhrad.

We were inspired by the Dutch style of housing where the following factors play a key role:
