Houses which will “grow” with your family
We have prepared the following special offer for new clients.
The following is included in the price of the house:
- Energy efficient and economically designed house
- Dutch style architecture, emphasis on high quality construction and high standard finishings
- Size of the houses – 5 rooms + kitchenette (with finished third floor)
- Total size of houses is 140 sqm (less than 30,000 kc / m2!)
- Each unit has a plot of land of approximately 168 sqm
- 2 parking spaces in front of the house
- Garden shed for tools that can be used by handymen like a workshop or for storage
- 10% VAT
The houses are designed for growing families. The houses have three floors, however only the first two floors will be completed to a finished standard. The third floor will be done to a rough standard and the space can be used temporarily for storage but has the potential to be converted to a fully functional bedroom and bathroom according to the requirements of the new home owner.
