We are aware of the increasing price of energies and the associated increased burden on family budgets.

We often hear: “We want a house but will we manage to heat it? How much will it cost us? It must be expensive.” Yes, but you can heat the R101 house for less than CZK 1,200 a month.

We have made every effort, and consulted with the Expert Center of the Building Faculty of ČVUT (Czech Technical University), to find a house with the best ratio of purchase price and cost for use, in particular for heating.

And our competition? CZK 0 for heating bills .... wait a moment! This is not possible. Even a heat pump is driven by an electric motor. Solar collectors operate as a perfect accessory but you also need to heat water in the autumn and winter months when the days are short and dark. Photovoltaic cells? Can you rely upon the guaranteed purchase price? Moreover, all technology needs repair from time to time and the more complex the technology, the more expensive the maintenance.

We do not promise energy free of charge, but we promise low costs for energies at a purchase price that you will really pay.

How much do these savings cost and is there anything on which it is possible to save?

Investments in saving measures are discussed frequently. Our attached houses have few outer walls so that they are very economical in their essence. There is no area left for significant savings with low operational costs. However various technological measures and above-standard thermal insulations are popular, but they will not pay off in the case of an attached house. We have calculated that the recoverability in the case of a heat pump for our economical houses exceeds 20 years. And it is similar with thickened thermal insulation or water solar heating. Ventilation with recuperation would pay you back after more than fifty years. And how much will specialized maintenance cost? Can we speak about savings at all?
